RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, sent to:

You may use any clear written statement. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
No Right of Withdrawal for Customers Outside the European Union
For orders delivered to countries outside the European Union, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Returns or refunds for these orders are not offered unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sixstringtv@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or variation, you will need to place a new order. Customers in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with the policy above. Once an eligible return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For customers outside the European Union, returns are only accepted in cases of defective items or fulfillment errors.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
